Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Upon entry, all visitors shall be deemed to have agreed to comply with the venue rules and to assume all risks and responsibilities arising from the use of the facilities within the premises.
  2. Gold and Silver membership cards are only applicable to KINGDOM GROUP LIMITED store at Tuen Mun. The token balance and points stored on the membership card cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any other purposes.
  3. The company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information provided by the member.
  4. Members are responsible for keeping their membership card safe. The company is not responsible for any loss caused by theft or damage from the membership card.
  5. The membership card is valid for one year. Members must use up all token balance on the card within the membership validity period.
  6. Diamond, gold, or silver card membership discounts are valid for one year.
  7. The membership discount price for purchasing tickets can only be enjoyed by using the physical membership card for payment.
  8. After the membership card expires, the token balance on the card will become invalid without any notice, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility.
  9. In case of loss or damage of the membership card, please notify the store staff immediately to apply for a replacement card. The cost of purchasing a new membership card (valued at HKD $100) must be borne by the member.
  10. All token balances are subject to the Company’s records, and no refund are available for token balances.
  11. The minimum recharge amount for the membership card is HKD $100.
  12. If you wish to cancel your membership, any remaining token balance on the membership card is non-refundable.
  13. Order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
  14. All children must be accompanied by an adult (such as a parent or guardian) who is 18 years of age or older to enter the premises. If there is no adult accompanying the child, the child will be refused entry.
  15. Children aged 1 year or above will be charged full price, and children aged 6 months to under 1 year old are charged half price. Please inquire the staff for details.
  16. For hygiene and safety reasons, all visitors must wear socks to enter, and dangerous items such as ropes, long necklaces, scarves, sharp tools. Eating and Drinking is not allowed in the play area. Pets are also not allowed.
  17. Please follow the instructions of our staff. Staff reserve the right to request any person who violates the rules or disturbs venue order to leave the venue. No refund will be provided.
  18. All visitors should keep the venue clean and hygienic and use all facilities with care. Malicious damage is not allowed, otherwise a cleaning fee of HKD $300 and compensation according to the value of the item will be charged.
  19. All visitors should take care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the premises. The company is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or damaged belongings.
  20. In the venue, parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children. If injury is caused by unsafe behavior and improper use of equipment, the company will not be liable.
  21. All visitors must comply with the usage guidelines of the amusement facilities. The company will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by violations of the amusement facility rules.
  22. The supplier of the amusement facilities, the venue owner, or the operator will not be held responsible for any losses, injuries, or accidents caused by the use of the amusement facilities. Visitors assume all risks and liabilities associated with the use of the facilities.
  23. Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded for personal reasons, except for weather, store arrangements, and government emergency measures that result in store closures.
  24. In the event of special circumstances or as deemed necessary, Kingdom Group Limited reserves the right to make temporary changes to operating hours, close facilities or parts thereof, limit the number of people allowed to enter, or suspend or cancel the use of any facilities. Kingdom Group Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
  25. The company will try its best to comply with and enforce the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure that personal privacy and personal data storage are adequately protected and properly stored. Additionally, the member's personal information may be used for future communication, registration processing, analysis/statistics, feedback collection, activities, and promotion-related projects.
  26. The company reserves the right to change any promotions and terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, Kingdom Group Limited reserves the right of final decision.
  27. If there are any conflicts between the Chinese and English version of Terms and Policy, the Chinese version of the Terms and Policy shall prevail.
